They do not honor their word!
Another follow up: They had my phone number, my address and my SS#....I did fill out he credit app. This is just one of the many proofs I have that I tried to get with them. Ask yourself, what car sales company or salesman would not move aggressively to get you to buy the vehicle? This they did and I tried to buy the vehicle...They the would not honor their word nor will they respond to me!!!
Follow up. I did call them three times and I spoke with Tony and Kyle. I have the e-mails to confirm that I did this. Here is the problem I was quoted a price. I did an online credit app. at which by phone they said I could do. My credit was okay and I called and was given a payment amount with no money down by phone in a conversation with Kyle. It was $15.00 more per month than I could afford. Being on a fixed income I asked if they could get it to $200.00 per month. They said they would work on it and get back to me. They took days to do this so I e-mailed them asking for a response. They turned on me in a disrespectful way stating now that they would not work with me anymore through e-mail. What gives??? I ask them to honor their word and that I would come in to by the vehicle...they would not honor their word, in fact I believe they cannot...poor finance figuring on their part is my thought. Their goal is to get me to come in to try to strong arm me into a higher price point to make up for their being inept..is my take in my opinion. It short I would have bought the vehicle all they had to do was honor their word...they have yet to do this. I have called...if anyone would like the e-mail conversations just let me know...and I also have the phone records...
Read moreWent to this dealer to sell my vehicle based on the car gurus value provided by the dealer and the instant quote from their own website. Their website value estimation was 42k-43k for a vehicle in average condition for trade in. Car gurus was 39k to sell so I figured probably a difference of 2-3k lower for selling in site rather than trading was reasonable. Vehicle was in excellent condition with a clean title and exceeded average standards. Got there and the salesman was very professional and agreed the vehicle was in great condition after driving it. One of the managers then came over and said they’d only offer 37k and then went on to say that I should expect 1-2k less from the trade in estimation. I explained that I did and that’s why I came but a 5-6k drop is not reasonable just for trade in value. He then came up to 38k but then another manager came over and said no deal. Super shady and deceptive selling practices. Looks like buying may be ok based on reviews here but if you’re selling then stay far away. Ended up selling locally for more anyways so it all worked out, just wasted 2 hours of my day. Again salesman was great and very personable, this is not a reflection on him but on the poor professionalism of...

The following day after getting those repairs the check engine light came on again and I had to replace the ignition coil pack. The following day the check engine light came on again and it's the head gaskets! I am furious and Brandon the owner will not answer my calls or return my calls do not do business with...
