I am extremely upset with the quality of food here. I paid over $16 for a large pepper steak w. onions and fried rice. The soggy steak had next to no flavor at all, and I'm certian they don't marinate or season their steak before or during the cooking process. The steak had no flavor and was drowning in an unhealthy amount of sauce that was also extremely low quality because it didn't compliment any of the other ingredients at all. The worst part was the vegetables. How do you mess up vegetables!? The bell pepper, carrots, and onions. Every one of them were raw and under cooked, I could tell this dish was rushed and no love went into making it. The bell peppers were huge squares, which during prep work you could have done better to cut them smaller so they could cook evenly, but no these were cut into large squares that were only warmed up, NOT cooked. So with my large, which was $15, I was told that rice was extra and would cost $1.50 to add. Making my meal over $16. I ordered vegetable fried rice and the carrots and broccoli were just like the rest of them, raw and hard textured. I wish to throw this absolute disaster into the freaking trash can. But I can't justify wasting food that cost me over $16. I threw it into the fridge instead because tomorrow I'm going to heat up my skillet and recook this disaster the way it should have been done in the first place. I'll be adding proper seasoning to the steak and improvise on the unflavored base sauce they gave me. I'll improve the quality of it. WHICH WON'T BE TOO HARD BECAUSE IT TASTES LIKE A FREAKING ELEMENTARY SCHOOLER COOKED THIS. But to be fair, I think a child could have cooked this meal 100 times better, given the correct seasoning and spices to work with. So 0/10 and unfortuantly as I'm typing this I feel like I need to go use the bathroom because the food is already starting to upset my...
Read moreFirst of all very rude. My order was over $120. I have a very big family. The food was very old only thing that was fresh was the shrimp rolls. Even when I called to voice my concern I was told it was fresh and that only one thing was incorrect to I should deal with it and was hung up on. No customer service poor food quality. I'm not even hungry anymore. My family my three daughters are very unhappy. They gave my family the entire run around. They lady even said the large size is only for one person. So I should spend more money. I ordered general tso shrimp and recieved 4 shrimp. And was told that the platter should have came with 5. Wow i very disappointed in them. We use to love them but they have lost our business after this. And we order from them once a week not anymore. They do not respect our urban community if you say. We are African American and do pretty good for ourselves. They insinuated that were trying to get free food. No we would like what we paid for. When the saw our vechiles it was stated they cant even afford their car. Well thanks for letting us know how you truly feel. You didnt know my sister speaks mandarin, and Cantonese. We will be taken this as far...
Read moreBetter than any in the Raleigh-area at this price. Fantastic food for lower-end takeout pricing.
Just went here today for the first time. The shopping center it's In doesn't look like much, but the food is absolutely fantastic.
I ordered Orange Chicken and vegetable lo mein. I use these two dishes as a test for new places. The chicken wasn't overly sweet, or fake-orange tasting, and had a lighter and more substantial flavor than almost every other Chinese takeaway you'll find. The lo mein was also very decent. I'm very picky and this food was worth their reasonable prices. Enough rice, chicken, and noodle for about 3 adults for $17 (didn't get combos). The meat wasn't overly fried and tasted very fresh. The pricing is standard, but the food is amazing for the price. As far as customer service:...
