⭐ 1 Star Terrible Experience, Never Going Back

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this experience was beyond frustrating. I visited this Mexican restaurant expecting a decent meal, but from the moment we ordered, it was a disaster. I ordered the trio with steak and chicken, and they brought it out with pork which I never asked for. When I asked them to remake it, they said it would be ready in 15 minutes. We waited… and waited… for 55 minutes. My food never came, and no one gave an update.

To make matters worse, they tried to charge me twice for the messed-up meal. My husband’s order was wrong too he specifically asked for no rice or beans and requested fries instead. Not only did they ignore that, but no one ever came back to refill our drinks even once.

We asked multiple times to speak with the manager. Nobody ever came out not once in over an hour. We had to threaten to call the police just to get them to fix the bill. The food we did get was bland and completely lacked seasoning. We weren’t the only ones having issues other tables were also complaining about their orders being wrong.

In the end, I never got my food. I left and had to go next door to get something to eat. That says it all. This place needs serious help with their service, communication, and kitchen staff. Absolutely...

11/22/20 update. I called in an order for pickup. When I arrived, my food was not quite ready; so, I took a seat and waited. I would periodically check to see if my order was ready, but since the staff was busy, I was mostly depending on the waitress to let me know when the food was ready. After patiently waiting for more than 30 minutes, I asked about my food. I was told that my food had been ready for about 25 minutes. Because my food had been sitting out for so long, I thought that I would check the temperature of my food, and to my dismay, my food was no longer hot; since I had made my presence known to the staff, and since the staff had failed to notify me when my food was ready causing me to have to wait for an extended period of time, I asked to have my food remade so that I would be fresh and hot when I returned home. Reluctantly, the manager agreed to remake the food. When I returned home, I found that because the food was reheated in the container, the styrofoam had in some places melted into the food (see photos). Nothing like carcinogens with your lunch. Now I know that have to be that guy that checks his food prior to leaving this restaurant. Bottom line, if you call in an order, check your food...

Food was fair, at best. Quesadilla was barely toasted or warm, essentially just filled and folded over. I asked for 3 extra tortillas for my husband's order. Girl could not seem to understand that we wanted 3 extra tortillas. She said the order came with 1 tortilla, so we asked for 3 additional and told her we wanted a total of 4 tortillas. We discovered the order comes with 1 order of tortillas (we had expected that BUT girl specifically corrected me that the order came with one). We ended up with 12 tortillas (the order of 3 that came with the order and 3 extra orders of tortillas) for an order of ACP. 3 times the amount we wanted. Kids chicken strips are far from what you generally consider chicken strips. Chicken patty, fried and then sliced into strips. Would have been somewhat acceptable but the chicken was burnt and tasted terrible. Had to get my son something else for his meal. Overall, not a very good experience.
