Hands down, it was the best experience I’ve ever had at any resort because of Ivan & Hoan. Both gentlemen went above and beyond my expectations.

The breakfast buffet opens at 7 a.m., but when Ivan heard that we were leaving for the airport at 7:10 a.m., he was not okay with any guest leaving on an empty stomach. He offered to contact the restaurant’s morning staff to preorder some staple items on the menu for us to eat before our departure. He also insisted on packing to-go boxes for our party of 7 to take to the airport.

I also got myself into a little embarrassing situation when I used a sandwich bag of ice on my face because of some bruising. After serving our food and drinks, Hoan immediately offered to call the hotel’s doctor to look at the bruising. When I declined, he brought me an ice pack to replace the archaic one I was using. A+++++ service for going above and beyond for me.

The staff was amazing and the service was amazing. Our room butler Trinh Ngo, Ryan, Thaoclub, the Director of Rooms (Ritchie), and others were astonishing. The Club Room and Penthouse were top notch. I would rate this hotel #2 overall behind the Burj Al Arab in Dubai.

When it comes to friendliness staff I would rate this hotel #1 based on most personable overall. The food was so good it was undisputedly tied with the Burj Al Arab at #1. The food was and is that good. I would definitely see myself as a returning with family and friends on an annual basis.

Also celebrated my Doctor Degree Graduation with photos, so I would highly recommend for all who may want to celebrate successes. This is a hidden gem, which should be in top 10 hotels worldwide. We have visited locations all over the world, and this one is definitely a repeat GO TO for those ok vacation, or just want some quiet time away.

Best of the best! I had a very good time at the Sun Peninsula Club Intercontinental! Everything is more than perfect! I have traveled to many places, and Sun Peninsula is the number one club lounge on my hotel list as of now. I can see the passion of the hotel in every detail. The staff warmly welcomes you every time you step into the lounge. The chef prepares all the delicious snacks and hot plates, with full of surprises in each of the desserts. I've stayed for four days this time, and unlike other hotels, it is one of the best. They prepare different types of food every day, so I can enjoy various wonderful foods and beautiful cocktails.
