For a peaceful and restful place, to myself, it absolutely accomodates my needs. The An Binh home offers a warm care, good laundry services,,fresh food and well prepared dishes like we make at our homes. The room is small and cosy enough and especially very clean, no mosquitos, sorrounded with the small singing springs on one side of the Home, with a small lookout tower where you can have an open view down to the valleys of rice, you can work online there :) or practice your meditation. The An Binh home is just by the main road of Su pan and ~ 20 min drive to Sapa town. Chairs at the Home's playground in front of the Home can give you an enjoying place to admire the sunrise and sunset over the valleys down just 2-3 meter walk accrosd the Home, enjoying the afternoon tea or morning coffee. They have the backyard with small pool and variety of herbs, flowers crawling upto the outlook tower, embraced with fields of rice even at that height. We can set up barbecue and dinner table at the backyard. The house is made of wood all over and is embraced with the small spring so it is very cool during this time. I dont like aircon or even electronic fan so this place gives me a perfectly suit. The owner is caring and respects the guests' needs for silence. To me, it is a real haven piece among the too much...

They had a welcome dinner for me, even though I am the only guest they had at that time (I arrived on a weekday). ||The family that owns this place is christian and the kids (both are in their early 20s, I think) spoke English so it made it easy to communicate with them. They're very helpful in arranging for a trekking tour to the actual H'mong village (not just where the bus tours stopover) or arranging for your transportation if you want to go to town (250K VND one way). If you know how to drive a motorbike then you can just rent one of their bikes (it's cheaper).||I also asked them to include me in their lunch and dinner because they're a bit secluded so there's no restaurant in short distance - it's all just rice fields. Other convenience they had in the room/home were hot water (shower), shared kitchen, fast internet (I was able to work while there) and laundry service. ||You should try to experience both sunrise and sunset in this place as it...
Read moreVery cute homestay and host family! Thuy and her family let me stay in their lovely home for 2 days. The bucolic view outside their home, their cheerful dogs, beautiful garden, and the unique stilt house building only added to the comfortable atmosphere.
Anything I needed Thuy was more than willing to help me. More importantly, I appreciated her efforts to include me in family activities like Karaoke night; the whole family is very talented! ☺️
We also had a lovey Sapa style hot pot dinner the first night with her extended family. It was a unique and delicious experience! 😋
Whether you’re looking to spend just a few days in the tranquil Sapa countryside or a few weeks, Peace Homestay is the perfect place to unwind with a lovely, welcoming family! I look forward to coming back...
