Definitely a great place to stay in Sapa, away from the busy city centre! Reina was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The receptionist Jack was just as easy to deal with! They helped to arrange our tranportations around. Jack also helped arranged our trekking trip and motorcycle rental. We also went to the art workshop that they offer at Pavi Garden, nice experience. The hospitality provided was really commendable and made our trip a very pleasant one. The place was well kept and maintained. It really gives off a "nice and warm homestay in the mountain" vibes. Hot water and room heater was working fine thru out our stay, which was good because it was so cold outside due to the cold season.
For those who love pets, this place will make you feel like home because the dogs and cats are very friendly and playful. There were times when we were in the room and saw the kitty seated outside our room so we went to play with them.
The views were AMAZING! Recommended for anyone coming to Sapa! Wish we couldve stayed...
Read moreBeautiful place, about 30 min from city centre. Hot in the day (even in winter!) but chilly at night. The rooms are well insulated and we didn't use air-conditioning at all. There is a window that cannot open and curtains thst are probably not opaque at night. The rooms are cosy with not much space inside, but the emphasis is definitely on the outdoor garden with cool air and mountain view. You can see the dam, the river, the paddy fields and the mountains. When the sun sets and the moon sets (yes the moon also) the stars in the sky are like nothing I've seen before. They have a lovely kitty and dog with extra toes. There's a barbecue spot if you want to bring stuff. The other guests also cooked their own food. Coffee is proper drip coffee and the shakes are wonderful as well. The hotpot is quite generous. Rooms come with water heater, water, toiletries and a water kettle. The host communicates via WhatsApp and is a very nice young man. He helped us organise a walking tour with the local guides as well as taxi back...
Read moreAMAZING HOMESTAY! First of all, Jun, the current receptionist, is outstanding in bringing top service to guests. We were not easy guests because I was unwell with an upset stomach but Jun let me use her bed to rest until check-in time. I couldn't believe she offered that to me and I am so grateful that she did. We also had a motorbike accident and she offered to drive us into Sapa to see a doctor but we decided to wait until the morning and got a taxi instead. Thank you so much Jun for taking such good care of us! We felt very safe.
Secondly, the homestay is simply beautiful. The most stunning views I have seen in Vietnam. We enjoyed having breakfast and looking out at the view for hours.
Finally. the pets also really made Pavi's stay feel like home. They are all so cute and friendly.
This homestay is outstanding. It is also a 30-minute drive out of Sapa. But the coziness of the homestay, the scenery, and the privacy make that...
