The Fun Factory hosted a birthday party for my son. I was quite pleasantly surprised with the organisation, level of detail, and the lengths they went to accommodate us. We were assigned someone to be some sort of liaison and she ran around to make sure everything just worked seamlessly( including finding a lighter for the birthday candle :) ) Overall the team was superb. As a first timer at the Fun Factory, I am beyond satisfied with my experience there. The reception was wonderful and warm, the staff was hands on with any and all my needs and wants, the environment was exceptionally clean and very inviting. I most definitely would and will recommend it to all. Thank you so much for such a wonderful time guys. My kids had the very best...
