Well let's see... I think I've been to this specific Mochachos at Cosmopolitan Mall twice now. Can't really remember the experience the first time. The second time however was really strange, the staff looked bored from the moment we got to the till, upon placing our orders the cashier was attentive at first but as soon as the order was in and the receipt printed it was chaos, firstly the wrong order was punched instead of beef burrito meal she punched in a chicken shawarma. She didn't even realize she made that mistake until her colleague told her that the food would take longer because of the type of order. I then looked at the receipt and realized what she did. So she had to change the order and I had to top up money. On top of that she was complaining to her colleagues about being hungry. In front of us customers.

The food came out pretty quickly surprisingly, twas alright and not bad at all. Though I would have loved if my half chicken meal had more chips. The burrito was the bomb though.

We sat there for a while afterwards maybe an hour and nobody once came to get our plates or ask if we were done with the meal. Which was pretty alarming! They were only taken after we moved to the inside seats as the rain came pouring down outside.

All in all the food was alright, the environment really chilled. Quiet!
