KFC Makeni Junction — Restaurant in Lusaka Province

Not happy with the service from this franchise at all. Every single time me order from them something is left off the burgers or we don't get an entire meal that was ordered. Time after time we have let it slip and given grace. Tonight was the straw that broke the camels back. Once again an entire meal was left off the packing list due to incompetence. I have now returned to the store and asked to see the manager, an assistant manager by the name of Judith appears out of nowhere on her phone like she has more important issues to deal with, instead. I now would like whomever deals with complaints to contact me directly to sort this issue out. Kind...

If there was something like a zero star I would have given it to KFC . The milkshakes are a total waste of money , they are only available for people to get sick with since they are not fresh like what is written on their cup .The chickens were served with ice because that's how they tasted literally!! The cashiers instead of doing there jobs , they are busy there asking for people's numbers as if serving such Kinds of food is not enough .
