This park in the middle of Los Mochis is the pride of the city! With its winding path that goes through regional trees, a palm grove, many plants and fauna, and along small canals that leads to a large pond with small islands that are inhabited by, among ducks and geese; large iguanas sunbathing,along with hundreds of turtles swimming around, and sunning on the shores and rocks. Featured in the middle is a waterfall like fountain that you can walk behind. But don't spend all your time watching the birds, turtles and iguanas you've only made it through the first quarter of the park. Behind the impressive front gates that are opened up so the public can see the large ground fountain, shooting water straight up with children running around in it. Just past the fountain is a huge playground with many places for kids to crawl on, including two swinging bridges, tower in the middle. Clean public restrooms nearby. And last of all acres and acres of grassy fields and picnic areas. The park is staffed by constant workers cleaning up, planting trees, cutting grass and monitoring the area for safety. A little info: the park was once the massive grounds surrounding the citys founder's Mansion/Hacienda, many parts of it are still standing all around. The city and park were founded by an American family named Benjamin Francis Johnston and these are his botanical gardens.

This garden and the Sinaloa Gardens are possibly the same or at least they are blended together. Actually we couldn't tell the difference and our guide said they were the same. In any event this was a real gem right in the middle of the city and had multiple gardens, playgrounds, childrens activities, paths, a big lake, lots of birds and ducks, a butterfly house and garden, and much more. This is a must see for visitors to this area. Out group of about a dozen included nature lovers and those with no knowledge. All were delighted and thrilled to have done this visit.

What a beautiful park in the centre of a busy city. Immediately upon entering this park you leave behind a lot of the noise of traffic and it was lovely and peaceful. The park has hundreds of species of trees in their arboretum. There is an 8 km walking track frequently used by walkers and joggers. A lovely place to stroll or exercise. There are even stations of exercise equipment anyone can use through out the park. There is a place to get food and/or drinks. No cost to enter. Open during the day.

It is a nice place to walk around, but apart from some notifications by the trees it is more a park than a real botanical garden. But it is amazing to watch so much birds, squirrels and plants in the middle of a city. If I were to live in Los Mochis I would spend a lot of my time there, just reading a book on one of the many benches.

If you are in Los Mochis and would like to stretch your legs and take in some beauty, you must spend an hour or two at the botanical gardens! The grounds are lovely all around, but my favorite sections were the palm garden and the cactus garden. Look for the resident iguanas in the latter!

Está muy bien la forma, la pintura y y el orden de eventos es muy bueno Ami me encantó, por que la calificación es por que aún puede mejorar como todos, pero sellos les hurje otra película jeje, aún así es un muy buen lugar para llevar alos niños y que estos se diviertan es interactivo. Si aún está la sección de burbujas es muy interesante y divertido, aunque e visto que siguen iniciando así que esperemos y pongan muchas más cosa.

Si vas a Los Mochis y llevas niños pequeños tienes que llevarlos a este museo te va impresionar. Tiene area para los pequeñitos de 2 años hasta mas grandes de 12 años, uno como adulto lo disfrutara igual. El precio por acceso esta bien hay area de snack. Cierran a las 5 pm consideralo para organizarte... 2 horas se te van facil en el museo. Saludos!

La primera vez que fui Woow! Pero ya e llevado a mi hijo, sobrinas y otros niños como unas 6 veces en varios años y siempre es lo mismo. Falta renovar las salas. 😅 Lo bueno son los animalitos en esta época. La pista de patinaje, naaa, está muy salada, es una mini mini y no resbala nada. Denle mantenimiento al área para escalar. Eso si es diversión.

Exelente lugar para ir a pasear y aprender cosas nuevas con tus hijos, personalmente me parece que es un lugar de los que debería haber más en las ciudades.el arte y la cultura aunado a la ciencia es algo imprescindible en una sociedad cosmopolita y que sin duda debe proliferar para engrandecimiento de nuestra comunidad

A cualquier hora es un buen lugar para visitar, mirar la ciudad desde las alturas, ya sea en auto, moto, bicicleta, caminando no tienes excusas para no visitar este lugar, puedes subir en tu bicicleta por la bici pista, llegar a la cima del cerro, al mirador, puedes andar en patines, hay muchas cosas que puedes hacer, no dejes de visitarla y salir de la rutina.

A mí me encanta este lugar, de ahí subir a ver la ciudad... es un lugar muy tranquilo ya que no es tan transitado, más el área de juegos 🛝, de picnic 🧺, e incluso echarle un ojo la museo 🖼️ o distintas presentaciones de arte 🎨🎭, lo recomiendo mucho
