This is an Italian restaurant located in West Town, almost right inside Ukrainian Village! 🍝 I haven't seen this spot pop up on Xiaohongshu or TikTok yet—seems like it's not widely shared. So, I thought I’d introduce it along with my usual café reviews! During summer, when the weather’s nice, my girlfriend and I often go running around the neighborhood 🏃‍♂️💨, and we’d frequently pass by this cozy Italian place. Plus, in the summer, many restaurants in the U.S. set up outdoor seating—it always looked so chill and inviting! So one evening, we decided to stop by for dinner and check it out. 🌆✨ 🍞: For the appetizer, we ordered the “Focaccia Ricotta & Honey.” Soft, fluffy focaccia bread paired with their special ricotta cheese and a drizzle of honey—absolutely divine! I’d rate this one of the top bread appetizers I’ve had here in Chicago. 🍯🧀 🍝: For pasta, we went with “Aglio e Olio” and “Tagliatelle Tina.” I’m grouping these two together because they complement each other so well! If you’re dining as a pair, I highly recommend sharing both. The first isn’t too heavy on garlic, and the second has a tomato flavor that’s rich but not overwhelming. Together? Just perfect! 🧄🍅 ⭐️ Overall, I’d give Tortello a solid 7.5/10! The interior is beautifully styled, and yes—it even has a Michelin mention! 💫 Prices are reasonable too, with pasta dishes around $25 before tax and tip. If you visit in summer, definitely try to snag a spot outside. Soak up the good weather and enjoy the lively vibes of Division St! 😌🌳 Have you been to Tortello or have another favorite Italian spot in Chicago? Let me know in the comments—I’m always looking for new places to try! 🗣️👇 #ChicagoItalianFood#Chicago#restaurant
