How could I not try the Spanish restaurant near my place? ๐ฃ Suzuki Crudo โ Very fresh one-bite dish with a crispy black base underneath. A touch salty. ๐ Cantabrian Anchovies โ Generous portion, but the fish is very saltyโbe prepared ๐ ๐ Miso Eggplant โ Also a large portion (felt like a whole eggplant!). Lightly seasoned, nice texture. ๐ฆ Quails โ Felt like eating Chinese food when it arrived! Served with a cherry-flavored sauce. The quail was tender, but again, lightly seasoned. Came with a grain that tasted like brown riceโpretty good. ๐ Fideos โ Seafood noodle stewโalso quite Chinese-inspired ๐ I suspect the chef likes Chinese cuisine! Mild seafood flavor, noodles were filling. Overall, itโs like Spanish food with a Chinese twist ๐คฃ Prices arenโt outrageous, worth a try.
