I can't believe I only just discovered this ​​incredible Italian restaurant​​ in Vancouver! Tucked away in ​​Gastown​​, you have to walk all the way inside to find it—I'd never been before, but now I'm obsessed! We started with ​​two glasses of 🍷​​: ✨ ​​[Hugospritz]​​ – SO GOOD 😍 The server recommended it for its ​​sweet, refreshing taste​​, and she was absolutely right! Made with ​​Prosecco​​ as the base, it’s perfect for a light, delicious sip. ​​🍽️ Appetizer:​​ 🧀 ​​[Burrata Caprese]​​ – The ​​creamy burrata cheese​​ had such a unique, luxurious texture, paired with fresh ​​tomatoes 🍅, olive oil, and crusty bread​​. So refreshing and flavorful—my best friend couldn’t get enough of it! ​​🍝 Main Courses:​​ 🖤 ​​[Squid Ink Rigatoni W Carbonara + 🍤]​​ – ​​Rich, creamy, and packed with umami flavor!​​ The squid ink pasta had the perfect ​​al dente bite​​, and the carbonara sauce was ​​decadently cheesy​​ with a hint of smokiness. The shrimp added a lovely ​​seafood touch​​—way better than regular pasta! 🍄 ​​[Ai Funghi Risotto + 🦀]​​ – ​​My FAVORITE dish 😍​​ The ​​mushrooms were the star​​—so ​​earthy and aromatic​​! The risotto absorbed all the ​​savory broth​​, blending perfectly with the ​​truffle essence and creamy cheese​​. If you love mushrooms, ​​DO NOT skip this one​​—it’s pure perfection! ​​🍰 Desserts:​​ We finished with ​​two desserts​​—​​chocolate mousse​​ and ​​raspberry black forest cake​​.
