Willing to Visit This Michelin French Restaurant
Just walked out of the restaurant 😭 Overflowing with happiness… I have to write this down immediately… How can desserts be this silky, creamy, and not overly sweet?! I would genuinely come back to this Michelin-starred French restaurant in Central 10,000 times just for their desserts! 🇫🇷 St. Honore is so exquisite—it’s practically a work of art! 🍮 The puff pastry is layered, light, and crispy, with visible vanilla seeds in the cream. Every bite delivers the perfect balance of buttery and caramelized flavors. The cream in the middle is smooth, rich, and not too sweet—absolute perfection! Tropezienne has the fluffiest, softest outer layer ✨ So fragrant and delicious! Filled with a rich, sweet custard cream… Absolutely heavenly 5555 😭 PATE EN CROUTE (French Pâté en Croûte) The crust is so delicate—it crumbles at the slightest touch! The layers are incredibly complex, and my first bite was truly mind-blowing. The foie gras is luxuriously rich, while the pork and chicken add savory depth. The only downside? The portion is huge—I was stuffed after finishing it… Beef Filet (Angus Tenderloin) The quality of the beef is top-tier… The surface is charred to crispy perfection, and when you cut into it, the juices flow slightly. What’s shocking? Zero gristle—just pure, tender meat. Though, at an extra +$128, it’s a bit pricey for the portion size… The rest of the menu was decent, but nothing extraordinary. The lunch menu is $358 per person—a bit steep for Michelin, but acceptable. 📍 LALA #SweetToothParadise #DessertTherapy #XiaohongBookSeason #Foodie #MustTryLocalEats #Michelin #MichelinRestaurant #MichelinStar #FrenchDesserts #FoieGras #SteakLover #FrenchCuisine #FrenchPastry #DateNightSpot #FrenchDining #Patisserie #DessertLover #GourmetExperience
