Our favorites were the "Goin' Plaid" Scotch Ale and the "Steam Engine Kentucky Common" — both rich, smooth, and full of character! 🍺💛 For starters, the Potato Pancake was far more refined than we expected — topped with lean smoked sausage, diced apple, and a delicate fig jam that balanced savory and sweet beautifully. 🥞🍎 When it came to the mains: My husband ordered the Game Sausage with German Spätzle and Root Vegetables — a hearty, rustic dish packed with flavor 🦌🍂 I had the Spätzle with Chicken, Cheese, and Onion — rolled into balls, breaded, and pan-fried to golden perfection.
