🏛️ Architecture | A Cube Floating Above the Land

▪️ Project: Perot Museum of Nature and Science ▪️ Design: Morphosis Architects ▪️ Photography: Iwan Baan Nestled in Dallas’s Victory Park, the Perot Museum blends architecture, nature, and tech to spark curiosity about science. 🌿🔬 💡 Design Philosophy: A bold, iconic structure anchors Dallas’s cultural skyline. The museum appears as a floating cube perched above a landscape base, its roof mimicking Texas’s rugged geology with drought-resistant plants—a living ecosystem evolving over time. 🌵🌄 🚶 Journey Through Space: Visitors ascend from ground level through compressed zones into a sunlit atrium, then spiral downward along a ramp that weaves through interactive exhibits. The path bridges indoors and outdoors, offering panoramic city views 🌆 and dynamic encounters with architecture and nature. 🌍 Public Impact: More than a building, it’s a community hub and science catalyst. Immersive exhibits democratize knowledge, while its design embodies sustainability—a tool for social change. 💡♻️ #ArchitectureInspo #MuseumDesign #MorphosisMagic
