The show is divided into specialized zones: π§ Tech & Equipment (spotted Menusifu here - last saw them at SJ's Tree Summer with their kiosks!) π΅ Bubble Tea Innovation section featuring their new self-service kiosks (used by big names like Bawang Tea!) π Global Flavors with tasting stations from every corner of the world The Lakeside Pavilion was our favorite - walking in to: π¨π³ Chinese food galore - cold rabbit, spicy chicken skewers, endless bubble tea options π―π΅ Japan Street with fresh Hokkaido scallops, karaage, and ramen ...and dozens more countries represented! ππ’π£ We sampled unreleased products from major brands, learned about restaurant tech innovations, and ate until our stomachs protested! π€°π‘ Pro tip: Wear comfy shoes - we clocked 30,000 steps!
