All sushi is made fresh to order. 💵 ~$12 per person 🇩🇪 Schmidt’s Sausage Haus Restaurant In the heart of German Village — try the Mama Reuben Sandwich with sauerkraut. 🥤 Skip the cocktails — not their strength. 💵 ~$40 per person 🍰 Belle’s Bread Japanese Bakery and Café A must-visit for sweets! Favorites: Tiramisu, Chocolate Mille Crêpe, Fruit Tart, and fluffy Shokupan. Almost nothing disappoints here! 🇵🇭 Bonifacio Filipino cuisine — I’ve only been for dinner (brunch is a different menu). Sweet-leaning flavors — perfect for those who love Jiangzhehuai-style sweetness. Try: Pork Lumpia, Halo-Halo 💵 ~$40 per person 🍔 Son of Thurman A classic American joint known for massive burgers. The Thurman Burger is juicy, meaty, and legendary. 💵 ~$25 per person 🥡 NE Chinese Restaurant My go-to for Mala Ban — so good I used to order it twice a week! The potatoes and lotus root are wonderfully crispy. Huge portions, great value. 💵 ~$20 per person 🍩 Teamoji Known for bubble tea, but their donuts are the real star!
