This place called Chapman’s Eat Market only opened around this time last year. Some of their dishes blend Asian flavors — like wings with Korean spicy sauce and a Vietnamese-style pork rice bowl. One of their famous items is fries — they claim to serve the best fries in Columbus because they’re cooked in beef fat and butter 🍟🧈. And honestly, they’re right — so fragrant and tasty, not dry or overly salty. We tried them topped with caviar — absolutely amazing!❤️👌 The menu is small but everything looks delicious. They also make homemade ice cream — you can sample a trio of flavors as a dessert, and if you love it, you can take a little tub home! My favorite was the S’more flavor — not too sweet, just perfect.
