When I first came to Madison, I tried A8 China’s clay pot twice — once the meat was spoiled, once it was just bland 😖… It left me with serious trust issues 😅. But after seeing so many people recommend A8 in the comments, I gave it a third try… And wow — I finally get it now!! Their stir-fries are LEGIT 🔥 🍳 Tomato & Egg: Loaded with wok hei — finally, eggs that are fragrant and perfectly pan-fried 🥹 🥘 Dry Pot (Lamb/Beef): So flavorful! The shredded potatoes taste just like street-style！ 🐟 Yu Xiang Pork & Eggplant: Actually savory and aromatic — not the usual overly sweet American-Chinese version 🙌 The prices are great too — much more affordable than Fugu or Pintuan 💰 But please… avoid the clay pot.
