🏮 Authentic Vietnamese Pho House 🏮 Hands down the BEST Vietnamese food in Ottawa — and I don’t say that lightly! 📍 Important: Only go to the Barrhaven or Kanata locations — the downtown Ottawa branch isn’t even close in quality. As a regular pho enthusiast, this place never disappoints. Great ingredient quality, generous portions, and consistently beautiful presentation. 🍜✨ 🍗 Grilled Quail ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My ultimate favorite — the true test of a good Vietnamese restaurant. The quail is marinated with lemongrass and grilled to perfection: crispy skin, tender and juicy inside, packed with flavor. Served with a tangy lime-based dipping sauce that cuts the richness. So good I almost forgot to take a picture until the last two bites! 😂 🦐 Shrimp Wontons ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Pretty standard frozen wontons — tasty, but I only ordered them because my main already came with spring rolls. 🍝 Dry Vermicelli Bowl (Bún) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A MUST-order — especially with grilled pork! 🐖 Add the Vietnamese sausage (giò lụa) — I’m weirdly obsessed with that cheap, bouncy texture 😍.
