My annual trip to Athens โ those restaurants I keep coming back to ๐ฝ๏ธ ๐ Ambrosia - Souvlaki ๐๐๐๐๐ Hands down the best lamb chops in Athens! ๐ I ate here four times in one week. Their fried squid rings are also amazing! ๐ฐ Lamb chops: โฌ39/kg | Other meat dishes: around โฌ10+ | About โฌ20 per person for a super satisfying meal! ๐ Arcadia Restaurant ๐๐๐๐๐ A rare high-rated and delicious restaurant! ๐ Their lamb and fish mains are excellent, and the cheesecake dessert is stunning. ๐ฐ Usually โฌ20-30 per person, but we had a group set menu + their highly recommended white wine ๐ท โ so it went up to โฌ50+. ๐ Balcony Restaurant & Bar ๐๐๐๐๐ An upscale Greek dining experience ๐ท Their slow-cooked oxtail is incredible โ how can meat be this good?! The steak (min. 250g) is absolutely mind-blowing. ๐ฐ Around โฌ40-60 per person, but totally worth it. ๐ CIAO ITALIA ๐๐๐๐๐ Though itโs an Italian restaurant, the flavor and value are unbeatable! ๐ฅ Their No. 92 Fitness Salad is a must-try! Pizzas are delicious, too ๐ ๐ฐ Only โฌ10+ per person even when stuffed. Perfect when you need a break from all the meat. ๐ Django Gelato Athens ๐๐๐๐๐ Gelato I crave every night! ๐ฆ Pistachio = god-tier. The chocolate is also rich and delicious. Canโt decide? Ask for a taste test! ๐ฐ Small cup: โฌ3/100g (two flavors allowed). Lots of locals buy the 500g box โ ๐๐! ๐ The Greco's Project ๐๐๐๐ Reportedly the highest-rated restaurant on Google in Athens! ๐ Always packed during meals. Huge portions โ tasty but not mind-blowing.
