🇮🇹 The Black Truffle Pasta in Rome Was Absolutely Incredible!

🌈Here’s what happened: My friend and I booked a restaurant near our hotel but accidentally got the reservation time wrong. 💛The staff gave us a bit of a hard time about it, so we had to find another place. I was really craving black truffle pasta that evening, but finding a restaurant during peak hours was tough. 🍻Osteria Barberini is quite famous, so we called on a whim to ask if they could take walk-ins—and surprisingly, they could! 🥨 When we arrived, I expected to see many Asian diners, but the place was filled with international guests. The entire restaurant was filled with the aroma of truffles! 🥛We ordered their signature Fettuccine with Porcini Mushrooms, Fresh Truffle, and Truffle Cream. This truffle pasta turned out to be the best meal I had in Rome! 🍷Though it might not be peak truffle season, the truffle alone didn’t stand out much, but when paired with the creamy sauce and pasta, it was incredibly fragrant.
