It’s pretty popular, but luckily I arrived early and didn’t have to wait in line. 🏛️ Italians truly have a deep love for pistachios—it’s like it’s in their DNA! The pasta here is incredibly creamy and delicious, with lots of pistachio crumbs, shrimp, and cherry tomatoes. I cleaned my plate in no time! 🍝 Pistachios and pasta? A match made in heaven! 🌟 I also ordered some roasted lamb chops, which, of course, came with pistachio crumbs. Hahaha! After eating so many salty Italian dishes, I was pleasantly surprised that the lamb chops here were not salty at all. The flavor was just perfect, and the meat was super tender. It felt like a rare find! 🍖 This place is truly all about pistachios! Hahaha. The flavors are amazing, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.
