🇺🇸 A Day of Citywalk in Washington D.C. 🏛️
Washington D.C. radiates a sense of order—landmarks rise boldly against flat horizons. The Washington Monument stands tall, while memorials stretch wide. Every angle looks like an AP News shot 📸. Funny enough, it feels like Trump and this city exist in entirely different dimensions 🧢🤣. Maybe we arrived too early—it felt like the government hadn’t even started work yet 😴. Then… I met a Washington “power dog” 🐶—so strong it tackled me onto the lawn in front of the Capitol! Later, I took a cab 🚖 and the driver, upon hearing I’m Chinese, said: “My country is China’s best friend. Guess which!” I guessed Serbia ❌… then Pakistan ✅! He said he misses home but has been in the U.S. for 35 years. His kids are all raised American, so he stays 😢. 📌 One-Day Itinerary (Compact but complete!): I’d say one day is enough—maybe one night if you skip the National Gallery 🖼️. 🚶♀️ Citywalk Route: 8:30 AM – Start at Union Station 🚖 Capitol Building 👣 5-min walk to Supreme Court 👣 5-min to Senate Fountain 👣 10-min to Ulysses S.
