Finally visited this restaurant that’s been on my list for years—thanks to the Amex Resy $100 credit! 💳🎉 Appetizers: 🐟 CEVICHE: Daily selection of marinated seafood, guacamole, and plantain chips. A super refreshing starter! 😋🍃 🦪 Oysters (half dozen): Not too briny, with a creamy finish—really tasty! The dipping sauce had quite a kick though! 🌶️😅 Main Courses: 🍝 Bolognese: House-ground beef and pork, fettuccine, grana, parsley. The handmade pasta was a delightful surprise—so well-seasoned! 👌🍝 🍖 Parilla Mixta: Mixed grill with skewered skirt steak, jumbo prawns, and chorizo sausage. The beef had a nice chew and was grilled perfectly. The chimichurri paired especially well with the juicy prawns! 🥩🔥🍤 Didn’t order drinks this time—but already looking forward to coming back for wine + pasta + grilled goodness! 🍷✨ Amex refunded the $100 the very next day—so fast! ⚡👍 Have you used Amex dining credits before?
