📍 Ty Ginger Asian Bistro 5689 Woerner Temple Rd, Dublin, OH 43016 🍆 Stuffed Eggplant Fried until crispy outside, tender inside — so delicious (let’s be real, fried food rarely disappoints 😋). Can get a bit heavy if you eat too much — best enjoyed hot, but be careful not to burn your mouth! 🥟 Vegetable & Pork Potstickers Really juicy and tasty — no complaints here! 🥚 Salted Egg Yolk Bun Rich in salted egg flavor, with a soft, fluffy bun texture. 🍜 Dry-Fried Beef Ho Fun The beef was especially good! The rice noodles were wide and satisfying. We also tried shrimp dumplings, sweet buns, sticky rice chicken, spare ribs, chicken feet, and soup dumplings — all were delicious!
