💛Recently tried FYR Short North, a restaurant located in downtown Columbus. ☁️The ambiance is excellent, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering street views—perfect for birthdays or anniversaries. And most importantly, the food is delicious! Appetizers ・Empanadas🥟The filling tastes like curry beef—best enjoyed hot. Highly recommended! ・Ember Cooked Scallops🐚Scallops served with avocado sauce. The sauce is mild, but the scallops are fresh and flavorful. ・Salmon Ceviche🍣A salmon salad with coconut milk and ginger—a uniquely subtle taste. Main Courses ・Skirt Steak 8oz🥩The steak is consistently reliable. We ordered it medium-well, grilled perfectly, and served with greens and cheese—rich but not overwhelming. ・Cured Duck Breast🦆Roasted duck breast, expertly prepared and surprisingly delicious! Even someone who doesn’t usually eat duck loved it. Desserts ・PB&C🍫Chocolate brownie & chocolate mousse.
