๐บ๐ธ DMV Food | DC Restaurant Week at Chloe ๐ฝ๏ธ
๐ Chloe 1331 4th St SE, Washington, DC 20003 ๐ฝ๏ธ What We Tried: ๐ฅ Dumplings + Ravioli The fried dumplings were pretty good! Salad was light and refreshing. Sriracha was the surprise star ๐ Ravioli was just okay โ nothing special. ๐ Cod Super tender and delicious! Probably the top main dish of their Restaurant Week menu ๐ ๐ฅฉ Steak The beef itself was nice, but the spinach side was a tasty surprise. The bread pudding wasโฆ a bit odd though ๐ง ๐ Bucatini Pasta First bite screamed "American-style pasta" ๐ but it was still decent. Very filling! โ Extra Orders: ๐ Whipped Chicken Liver Mousse A good substitute if you like foie gras! ๐ Spice Roasted Chicken Highly recommend! Crispy skin, juicy meat โ so satisfying for a Chinese palate ๐ ๐ซ Desserts โข Chocolate Hazelnut Cake w/ sea salt caramel ice cream โ rich, not too sweet! ๐ซ โข Peach & Blueberry Shortcake โ the fruit & sorbet were better than the cake ๐ฐ โข Panna Cotta โ refreshing, but skip if you donโt like tangy flavors ๐ฎ Their desserts actually stood out among typical American sweets โ no fails here! โ ๐ Restaurant Week menu: $65 per person (good deal!) We were stuffed โ even had leftovers. The space is small; we sat near the semi-open kitchen. Service was just okay โ our server seemed super busy and took a while to bring the regular menu ๐ Rating: Taste: 4/5 ๐ Service: 3.5/5 ๐ Ambiance: 3.5/5 ๐ #DMVfood #DCRestaurantWeek #DCeats #FoodReview #ChloeDC #DiningGuide #DCFoodie #MichelinDC #RestaurantWeek
