📍 Hanabusa Cafe 29 E Madison St, Chicago, IL 60602, USA I’ve been craving soufflé pancakes for a while — seems like this is the only place in Chicago that makes them! Every time I pass by in the afternoon, there’s a line. Today we arrived at 11 AM — still a queue, but it moved pretty fast. 🍵 Matcha Soufflé Pancake – Highly recommend! Perfectly light sweetness, fluffy texture, topped with red beans that add nice contrast. Matcha + red bean = classic combo done right! ☕ Earl Grey & Sea Salt Pancake – Very salty, very sweet — not our cup of tea.
