🇺🇸 Highway 1: Restaurant with Stunning Ocean Views in Monterey

Driving along Highway 1 means non-stop ocean views! 🌊 When we reached Monterey, we chose a seaside Mexican restaurant — amazing views, delicious food, and a refreshing mojito 🍹. It was an incredibly satisfying lunch! 1️⃣ Carne Asada and Shrimp The beef was juicy and perfectly charred 🔥, and the shrimp were plump and fresh 🍤. The black bean paste and Mexican rice were heavenly — and they also served sweetened corn paste, which was surprisingly tasty! 🌽 2️⃣ Macho Combo A platter featuring four Mexican classics: Pasilla Chile Relleno (cheese-stuffed pepper 🌶️) Chicken and sour cream enchilada Beef taco 🌮 Chicken tamale The fried cheese-filled pepper was soft and flavorful. The chicken tamale had a natural corn sweetness 🫔, topped with tangy green sauce. The enchilada and taco were solid and delicious too! The restaurant’s location is perfect for ocean gazing 🌊📸.
