I really realized how much Iโve been procrastinating. When I visited, it was still a two-Michelin-star restaurant, and the original location was a brewery. Now it seems to have dropped to one star. ๐ญ The dining room has two time slots. ๐ฝ Sharing a few interesting dishes + possible craft beer pairings: ๐ Maitake Mushroom + Citrus Craft Beer ๐ The mushrooms have that slightly charred, aromatic flavor from grilling. Paired with a citrusy beer, itโs refreshing and fruity. ๐ฆ King Crab + Floral Fruit Craft Beer ๐ธ The crab meat is incredibly sweet. It goes perfectly with a beer that has a lychee and white peach aroma. ๐ฅฉ Dry-Aged Ribeye + Caramel Stout โ๏ธ The steak is perfectly aged. Thereโs a stout with a hint of caramel and coffee flavor. The beerโs rich body blends smoothly with the steakโs fattiness. The overall atmosphere is very comfortable. ๐ก The lighting in the evening is really stylish.
