πΊπΈ My Absolute Favorite Hotel in Monterey β Highly Recommended!
Seven Gables Inn π‘π This is a wooden cottage complex built in 1886. Iβve always loved hotels with a sense of history, especially wooden houses β and this one totally stole my heart! On road trips, we always prefer staying at unique local hotels or Airbnbs. It helps us blend into the local vibe and truly experience life there. The three of us stayed in a full two-bedroom suite. One bedroom upstairs with an ocean view β absolutely breathtaking! ππ β and another downstairs. Thereβs a cozy living room with a fireplace. We turned it on at night, sipped wine, and chatted about everything under the sun π·π₯. They say life is made of moments β and this was definitely one of them. Early in the morning while the others were still asleep, I went for a walk along the coast. Loverβs Point is right nearby π . I passed locals who smiled and said βGood morning!β The mist rising over the ocean made it look like a fairy tale. When I got back, I sat in the sunroom in the reception area and read a book, soaking up the winter sunlight πβοΈ. Around 9 AM, we headed to the hotelβs dining room for breakfast. We sat by the window and β guess what? β we even spotted a whale spouting in the distance! π³π² Another lifelong memory: watching whales while having breakfast. It was on this day that I truly fell in love with Monterey π. Iβve always believed that where you stay during a trip greatly influences how you feel about a city and how much you enjoy the journey. Thatβs why when I plan trips for my clients, choosing the right hotel is the most time-consuming part β but worth it. Almost every time, my clients tell me, βThe hotel was perfect. You can always trust Nicoleβs taste.β π #TravelMoments #Monterey #Highway1 #HotelRecommendation #MontereyHotels
