📍Bramble & Hare：We were looking for a farm-to-table creative dining restaurant and came here alone on a Tuesday evening, having made a reservation in advance. 🌱The restaurant isn't large, but the atmosphere is relaxed. The waitstaff were friendly and took the initiative to introduce the dishes. 🌱Overall, dinner at Bramble & Hare in Boulder, Colorado, was quite good. The menu options are very limited, but the mac and cheese with bacon was excellent—the rest were just okay. The service was very good. 🥪The bacon macaroni was indeed delicious, with rich cheese and crispy bacon. The vegetable curry recommended by a friend was worth trying, with well-balanced spices. ⭐The strawberry dessert was refreshing and perfect for finishing the meal. 🥪While the menu choices are indeed limited, the quality of the dishes is consistent.
