A Delightful Culinary Surprise on Ashford Avenue

📍Pinky’s Condado 🍹The café along Ashford Avenue in San Juan truly lives up to its reputation as a "breakfast surprise"! Before 8 a.m., the place was already filled with local Spanish-speaking regulars. 🍋We were lucky to snag the last table by the window, and as soon as we sat down, we noticed a line starting to form at the entrance. 🥐The server was exceptionally friendly. Seeing that we were tourists, she proactively suggested, "You can choose three fruits for your smoothie!" 🥣 We followed her recommendation and picked mango, pineapple, and coconut. To our surprise, they brought out the entire blender pitcher—enough to fill three large glasses! For our main dishes, we ordered the scrambled egg platter and the signature sandwich. 🍔 The scrambled eggs were so tender they seemed to melt in the mouth, accompanied by roasted potatoes that were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
