A Food Hall of Delights and Regrets

🍺The food hall in the heart of Boulder is truly unique. The two-story, high-ceilinged space is home to over a dozen food stalls, 🍔 offering everything from Japanese ramen and Italian pizza to Vietnamese pho and American fried chicken—it feels like a miniature United Nations of culinary delights. 🍺We made sure to arrive early at Rosetta Hall and managed to snag a long table by the window. Even though it was only 5:30 PM, my East Coast body clock had me already feeling hungry. 🥯The Korean fried chicken, recommended by a friend, lived up to its reputation—golden and crispy on the outside, coated in a sweet and spicy sauce, and perfectly balanced with refreshing pickled radishes. 🧀Another standout was the Thai pad see ew, bursting with wok hei and served with plump, springy shrimp. 🍟The biggest surprise came from the pasta stall: wide noodles with black truffle and mushrooms in a creamy yet light sauce. #Boulder #FoodHall #KoreanFriedChicken
