A Hidden Gem of Mexican Flavors in Boulder

🥕From the friendly greeting at the door, this was a fantastic experience. The staff was courteous and helpful. 🌿Tucked between the gray factory buildings in North Boulder's industrial area, this small spot with a painted avocado sign is a true hidden gem. 🌾The walls are adorned with colorful paper cutouts, and the food is incredible—every bite was a delight. 🥕The tequila and freshly squeezed lime juice clashed perfectly in the shaker, while the chili salt on the rim of the glass sparkled like Colorado snow. The ceviche showcased the chef's skill—freshly caught snapper marinated in lime juice, with habanero peppers delivering a lingering kick. 💧 Wapos, a Mexican restaurant in North Boulder, offers a diverse menu complemented by excellent top-shelf margaritas. 🔆The patio is lovely, and the Mexican food offers great value.
