A Must-Visit Legendary Bar in Rome: Ma Che Siete venuti a fa
Named the best bar by ratebeer in 2010, this iconic spot is located right next to the pizza and draft beer place I mentioned in my previous post, on the banks of the Tiber River. If you have a high tolerance, you can tackle all their offerings in one go. 🍻 The interior is quite narrow, but that’s not a problem. Most of the patrons hang out right outside, so just find a spot to perch or squat. It’s one of the few places in Rome that regularly serves Cantillon draft beer and is the official host for Zwanze Day in Italy. 🍺 The bar is adorned with beer barrels, stickers, and more stickers—it’s super laid-back and cozy, with a true neighborhood vibe. The prices are reasonable, just like your local corner pub! As a pioneer of Rome’s craft beer scene, they also feature local Roman brews, showcasing their excellent taste in beer selection. 🌟 They’ve also opened a second location, which is a clean and comfortable street-facing shop. After visiting, I might put together a Rome craft beer crawl guide. It’s about a 3km walk, and you can sample some great brews along the way. The average cost is around 5 euros, and they open in the afternoon—perfect for an afternoon tipple! 🕒 #CraftBeerAdventure #MoreThanJustFreshBeer #InterestingCraftBeers #CraftBeersFromAroundTheWorld #HiddenGemBar #CraftBeer #RomeCraftBeer #CraftBeerTreasureMap #CraftBeerCrown #CraftBeerWithEverything #CraftBeerAesthetics #MildBuzzRelaxation #WorkerCraftBeerFreedom
