LONGHORN STEAKHOUSE seems to be mainly in IL, IN, and MI — pretty concentrated around Chicago and the Midwest. With just two of us, we couldn’t try much, so we went for the only two signature dishes marked with a "cow head" 🐮 on the menu. 1️⃣ Flo’s Filet — comes in 6oz or 9oz. We got it medium, and it was tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned with just a touch of salt. The beef flavor really stood out — highly recommended! 👍 2️⃣ Outlaw Ribeye — I missed the 20oz size when ordering… and wow, it was huge — truly living up to the "outlaw" name! 🏴‍☠️ The steak wasn’t as tender, but tasty while hot. Once it cooled, though, it got chewy. Unless you have a huge appetite, maybe skip this one. But if you’re not too picky and want something impressive for the ‘gram, it’s photogenic and good value! The restaurant has a cozy, rustic vibe. That day, several tables were celebrating birthdays 🎂. Every steak comes with two sides of your choice + complimentary bread.
