🚂 A Train Journey to Chicago

Took the California Zephyr from Emeryville to Chicago — through Nevada, Utah, and Colorado 🌄🍃. Three days and two nights spent gazing out the window and wandering through the train cars… time flew by! One funny highlight: passing by a river where cheerful folks waved enthusiastically… with their bare bottoms shining in the sun 👋🍑😆! Chicago left me amazed — clean, convenient, and almost all attractions are within walking distance or a short bus ride 🚶♀️🚍. Everyone I met was kind and welcoming. From the Magnificent Mile and architecture river tours 🏙️🚢, to Millennium Park, the Field Museum, Art Institute, Shedd Aquarium, and Skydeck — every spot felt like it was sharing a story, not just showing a view.
