A Trip to Rome Is Incomplete Without This Lobster Pasta

Found this restaurant, Al Forno della Soffitta, by searching for "lobster pasta" on Google Maps. It’s about a 15-minute walk from Rome Termini Train Station. 🦞 Lobster Pasta - Homemade Linguine with Lobster Satisfying and amazing! The lobster meat is generous, and the portion is decent—perfect for two people to share. The lobster flavor is rich and intense! The homemade linguine is coated in sauce and has a nice chewy texture. 🦑 Fried Squid and Shrimp Platter The seafood is fresh with no fishy taste; a squeeze of lemon juice enhances the flavor perfectly. That said, I’ve never had bad fried squid in Italy. While you can get a similar portion for €10 in Cinque Terre, this restaurant charges €18, so the cost-performance is just average. 🍕 Pizza - La Croccante Disappointing… It’s way too salty. Topped with three types of cheese and a crispy burrata, I felt greasy after just two slices, as the saltiness overshadowed the other ingredients. However, the pizza crust is delicious—it’s moist, soft, and chewy, with a distinct wood-fired flavor. It would’ve been great if we’d chosen a different flavor! 🍰 Tiramisu Absolutely fantastic! It’s not the cloyingly sweet kind at all—light, smooth, and melts in your mouth. That said, you can’t taste the wine (🍷) in it, so friends who love strong wine flavor might want to skip this. 💶 Price: €30-40 per person 📍 Address: Al Forno della Soffitta, Via Piave, 62, 00187 Roma RM, Italy #Pasta #Lobster #InternationalStudentRecipes #ItalianFood #Rome #StudentFoodReview #LobsterPasta #RomeTermini #Food #TomatoPasta
