A Vegan Farmers Market Just Launched in Chicago—And It’s Inside a Former Beloved Restaurant
In a bustling landscape of farmers’ markets in Chicago, a new and exciting addition has just launched —a weekly farmers market dedicated exclusively to vegan offerings. The new Chicago Vegan Farmer’s Market features fresh produce, baked goods, vintage clothing , and more, all made with 100 percent vegan ingredients. The inaugural Chicago Vegan Farmers Market began this month in West Town, at the former location of the vegan restaurant Liberation Kitchen. Although the restaurant closed last month after 12 years of operation, it is now hosting the indoor/outdoor market, which will run through September.
