This restaurant is absolutely phenomenal! A close friend invited me, and I specially flew in from Colorado Springs 🛬💨 just for this dinner — a legendary Charlie Trotter’s-inspired experience 🧑‍🍳🎩. I consider myself a food lover with high standards — and yes, maybe a little picky 😅. But I made a promise to myself: I would try every single dish served. And let me tell you — I had nothing to worry about! From the very first bite to the last, I was completely captivated. Each presentation was a work of art 🎨, and I devoured every plate with pure joy. The Sun Gold Tomato Soup 🍅🥣 was the best cold soup I’ve ever tasted — and yes, that includes José Andrés' gazpacho! Every dish was stunning, thoughtful, and bursting with flavor. I was so impressed that when I returned the following month for a conference, I booked another dinner — this time at Alinea 🍾🔮. And once again — it did not disappoint. These two meals were, without exaggeration, among the greatest culinary experiences of my life 🙌💫. If you ever have the chance to dine here — whether you travel miles or make a special trip — do it.
