I am truly at a loss for words to describe the unparalleled level of service, comfort, and sheer luxury we experienced at this hotel! From the moment we arrived until the very second we departed, every single interaction was nothing short of flawless! 🤩🙌 Our extraordinary experience began the moment we stepped through the doors. We were greeted by the wonderful Dolapo, who set the gold standard for hospitality from the very start. 🚪💖 He not only assisted us to our room and explained all the amenities thoroughly, but did so with such professionalism and a wonderfully personable demeanor. This man radiates such genuine pride in his workplace—he carries himself with the care and ownership of someone who truly loves what they do and where they work! The check-in process was seamless and incredibly helpful. During our stay for a few nights, we were continually impressed. A huge thank you to Amis at the Bar Pendry! 🍸 Just like Dolapo, he took such immense pride in his craft, crafting delicious cocktails with precision and charm. It’s this consistent excellence that sets a hotel apart! EVERY single staff member we encountered was impressive, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay perfect. Now, let's talk about the Christmas Day Brunch at Venteux... WOW! 🍾🥂 The service and the food were absolutely PERFECT! In the midst of a busy holiday celebration, the Chef and the entire culinary team were visibly present, assisting with every part of the service. It was incredibly impressive to see such hands-on dedication ensuring every guest had a magnificent experience. 👨🍳🌟 Our room was a sanctuary! 🛏️💫 It was incredibly clean, beautifully decorated, and supremely comfortable. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job maintaining its pristine condition throughout our stay. It was the perfect place to retreat and relax. The only negative thing I can possibly say is... that the long weekend had to come to an end! 😭 We were so sad to leave!
