Anchorage 🏔️ 1️⃣ Moose‘s Tooth Pub & Pizza 🍕 Ranked among the top 3 pizzerias in the US — and it lives up to the hype! 😋 The portions are huge — 5 of us shared a medium pizza (you can choose half-and-half flavors). Don’t miss their mushroom soup — loaded with mushrooms and possibly the best soup I’ve had in the US! 🍄🤣 2️⃣ Snow City Cafe 🍳 A must-visit for brunch! Their eggs Benedict are incredible — made with seafood like shrimp, crab, or fish 🦀🍤. The oatmeal and fruit yogurt parfait were also surprisingly delicious! 3️⃣ Jimmy‘s Sushi Restaurant 🥢 Despite the name, this place serves authentic Sichuan cuisine! We ate here two days in a row — the stir-fried greens and fish with pickled veggies were standout dishes. They also serve sushi and sashimi if you’re in the mood! 🍣 Fairbanks 🌌 1️⃣ Lemongrass 🇹🇭 This Thai restaurant is unbelievable! We were shocked to find such amazing Thai food in Alaska — every dish was a hit.
