🍖 An Amazing Restaurant with a Stunning River View!!! 🌉✨

For lunch today, Paul joined us at River Roast located at 315 North LaSalle Street, Chicago, IL! This restaurant sits right along the Chicago River, and the view is absolutely breathtaking!! 🌊🏙️ We shared their Half Roasted Chicken — smoked with pecan wood, served over roasted sweet potatoes, and drizzled with red wine vinegar and rosemary. The flavor was deep, smoky, and utterly satisfying! 🍗🔥 My side was the Grilled Asparagus with lemon and olive oil — fresh, tender, and perfectly seasoned! 🥬🍋 We started our meal with their Wedge Salad — made with crisp iceberg lettuce, Nueske bacon, cherry tomatoes, pickled onions, blue cheese crumbles, and ranch dressing. This salad was INCREDIBLE!!!! Every component was top-notch and delicious!!!! 🥓🍅🧅 The chicken was juicy, tender, and packed with smoky flavor — and the sweet potatoes underneath were a wonderful, savory-sweet complement! 🍠❤️ The asparagus was also super tasty and full of freshness! Every part of this meal was pure perfection!!!! ✨ If you love great food, excellent service, and an unbeatable view, this is a must-visit spot in Chicago!
