My very first experience at this hotel in Chicago was absolutely PHENOMENAL from start to finish! 🤩 I am already dreaming of my next stay! Let me tell you why this place is so special! First and foremost, the location is absolutely unbeatable! 🗺️✨ It's situated right in the heart of the vibrant city, putting you within easy reach of all the major attractions, shopping, and dining that Chicago has to offer. What a perfect base for exploration! From the moment I stepped inside, I was blown away by the style. The decor in both the rooms and the lobby is absolutely top-notch and completely matched my personal taste! 🎨💖 It's a brilliant mix of modern chic and cozy comfort, creating a vibe that is both sophisticated and incredibly welcoming. But what truly made my stay extraordinary were the INCREDIBLE PEOPLE! 👏🙌 Let's start with ALEX! 🥳 He was the first person to welcome me at the front desk. His warmth and enthusiasm were so genuine! He was not just efficient; he was genuinely delightful. And here's the kicker—he kindly upgraded me to a fantastic room on the 14th floor! 🏙️ I had originally booked a city view room, but the view was spectacular! Thank you, Alex, for such a wonderful start! And then there's the wonderful ANTONIO! 🚪💫 The doorman with a heart of gold! He was always so attentive, friendly, and always had a bright smile. When I needed to find a nail salon, he didn't just give me directions; he personally helped me locate a great one very close to the hotel. 🧴 He goes so far above and beyond! Alex and Antonio truly made my stay joyful, outstanding, and unforgettable. Their constant smiles and can-do attitude are simply amazing! They are a true credit to this hotel. My room was a dream! 🛏️☕ It was beautifully appointed, comfortable, and already equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine—a luxurious touch I truly appreciated! And if that wasn't enough, there was complimentary coffee and tea available all day near the front desk! 🫖💖 How thoughtful is that? We also enjoyed a magnificent dinner at the on-site Perilla Steakhouse—the food was absolutely divine! 🥩🍷 A truly top-tier dining experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!
