Conveniently located just a short walk from my hotel, Ramen-San made for the perfect spot for a delicious and easy meal. I arrived just as their Lucky Hour was kicking off (Monday to Friday, 3–6 PM 🕒🎰) — and the vibe was already buzzing! The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, with a killer playlist of 1995–2010 hip-hop classics setting the mood. 🎧🔥 I took a seat at the bar and had a great conversation with the bartender, who offered some spot-on recommendations. Here’s what I tried from the Lucky Hour menu: Karaage (Japanese Fried Chicken) 🍗 – Crispy, well-seasoned, and seriously satisfying! Penicillin Cocktail 🥃 – A whiskey-based drink that was smooth, balanced, and not too strong — with just the right touch of honey and lemon. Pork Belly Bun 🐖🥯 – Tender, flavorful, and topped with a spicy mayo that totally made it! Since it was my birthday 🥳, I decided to step out of my comfort zone — and I’m so glad I did! The Penicillin was a revelation, right up there with my usual favorite, the Bee’s Knees. The food came out quickly, hot and clearly made with care. But the real surprise?
