Itβs my birthday this time! After thinking hard about where to go thatβs new and photogenic, I picked Gibsons Italia β and as soon as I mentioned it to coworkers, they all raved about it! Huge, super soft bread β even better with butter π§. π Charred Octopus β Tangy and slightly spicy. The middle part is tender, though the ends were a bit chewy. π Italian Salumi β Fresh, bright salad with tasty little salami bits. π Rigatoni β So good! Classic rigatoni with a familiar, comforting sauce β pasta cooked to soft perfection. π Acquerello Risotto β Highly recommend! The rice is softer (very Asian-friendly) and the creamy seasoning is incredibly fragrant. π Chicago Cut 22oz β A must-try steak! Extremely tender, well-seasoned, just the right saltiness (medium was perfect). Huge portion too π₯©. π Grilled Asparagus β Tender and fresh. π Truffle Fries β I mean, how can fries ever be bad? π π Lamb Chop β Pretty tender with a nice char, but might be gamey for those not into lamb. Skip if youβre sensitive to the flavor. π Caserecee β A unique texture β we all thought it had a grassy, almost undercooked green bean taste. Pasta itself is soft.
