As a noodle-obsessed Changsha native, Iβm always searching for that perfect bowl β and Bamee Tee in Chamblee just won my heart with their incredible Bun Bo Hue! π₯’π This Vietnamese spicy beef & pork noodle soup comes in regular or stone pot style. I went for the hot stone pot (perfect for sweating out the summer heat! ππ¦). The broth is richer and more aromatic than typical pho, with a gentle spicy kick. The noodles are thick, chewy, and reminiscent of Changde rice noodles or potato starch noodles β so satisfying! πβ€οΈ The bowl is loaded with tender beef, bouncy meatballs, pork hock, pork blood cake, and herbs. Even the crispy pork cracklings on the side were addictive! π·β¨ For the kids, we ordered grilled chicken leg + fried rice, and the owner kindly split it into two portions without us asking.
